Outbound Lead Generator Position

We, as Braeven Solutions, are a specialist sales organisation that is focused on assisting our partners opening and closing new deals. As such, we currently require someone, to start at the beginning of February 2021, that will assist us with the opening of new deals. As an outbound lead generator, your sole focus will be on reaching out to new qualified prospects and scheduling initial engagement between the prospect and the respective Braeven account manager.  

Key Job Functions: 

  • Scheduling of sequences and campaigns via email and LinkedIn 

  • Assessing the success of sequences and re-targeting prospects through different mediums (LinkedIn, e-mail, WhatsApp, SMS, Phone-call) 

  • Scheduling of Meetings with new prospects with account managers 

  • Maintenance of a master contact list  

  • Building of prospect list based on certain key elements 

  • Creating new outbound sequences that are more engaging 

Key Job Requirements:

  • Must be very detail orientated as the role is admin intensive 

  • Must be familiar with LinkedIn – your personal LinkedIn account will be reviewed  

  • Must be able to handle rejection – there is a lot of it 

  • Must be comfortable with making cold calls to new and current prospects 

  • Have a strong command of the English Language  and be able to write good sales copy 

  • A willingness to learn 

  • We, as Braeven, represent a number of organisations in multiple fields and industries, as such, you will be required to think on your feet and do what it takes to schedule a meeting with a prospect 

  • At least 2 or more years of experience


  • The role has an initial 3 month probation period to assess whether you are a good fit for Braeven and whether you are happy working within Braeven 

  • Commission structure tied to every single lead that is opened by you. This can be quite lucrative and you will have the opportunity to triple your cost to company fairly quickly. 

Definite Needs 

  • Transportation, although this role is admin intensive and can be done remotely, we will require that, in the first 3 months that you come to the office regularly. This required your own transportation 

  • A Functioning Laptop and phone 

  • We work on a Cost to Company, as such, laptops and phones are required but must be supplied by yourself 

Key Performance Metrics 

  • This is very easy, we simply measure you on the number of prospective new meetings you organize on a monthly basis. These numbers will be based on the accounts that we hand you and our past experience.
